In its 33rd year of honoring the nation’s best high school athletes, The Gatorade Company, named Brooke Jaworski of Wausau West High School as its 2017-2018 Gatorade Wisconsin Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year. The award recognizes outstanding athletic excellence, high standards of academic achievement, and exemplary character demonstrated on and off the track. Jaworski is the first Gatorade Wisconsin Girls Track & Field Athlete of the Year to be chosen from Wausau West High School.
